Principles of Working with Your Personal Data
FLUGO EXIM s.r.o. (hereinafter the “Company”)
We operate an online store at www.flugo.cz.
In order to sell goods and operate our website, we process certain personal data.
The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 ("GDPR").
I. Processing of Personal Data
- Processing Personal Data via Contact Form
If you inquire about our products or services, we will process the contact information you provide via the inquiry form. This includes: full name, email address, phone number, street and house number, city, postal code, country, product or service type, desired quantity, product/service specifications or requirements, inquiry date, delivery terms, preferred payment method, and any additional details.
Why?
To contact you and further arrange the delivery of goods or services.
Legal Basis:
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – pre-contractual arrangements at your request.
Retention Period:
If no cooperation follows, we retain your data for up to 20 years from our last communication.
- Processing Personal Data During Purchase
When you make a purchase, we will process data you enter, mainly billing information: name, surname, address, and possibly additional information.
Why?
We need this data to fulfill the purchase contract, deliver goods/services, and communicate about order status, complaints, or inquiries. We also process data to comply with legal obligations (accounting, taxes, complaint handling).
Legal Basis:
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – contract fulfillment; Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – legal obligations.
Retention Period:
For the duration of service and 20 years after the last delivery or service.
- Newsletters (Commercial Communications)
If you are a customer and did not opt out during purchase, we will use your email address for newsletters.
Legal Basis:
Allowed under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., unless you opted out at the time of purchase.
Retention Period:
20 years from your last purchase. You may unsubscribe anytime by email or via info@medslaskou.cz.
II. Who Has Access to the Data?
Your data stays with us. However, third parties helping us run our e-shop may access it:

- Companies listed as involved in shipping
- Companies listed as involved in payment processing
